My partner and I have been using Agape fairly regularly for the past few months. I wanted to use it for a sustained period of time before writing a review so that I could see the longer-term effects of using it on our relationship. Overall we have found it helpful for starting conversations on topics that may not always naturally come up and as another avenue to show our appreciation for one another.

So, what is creativity, and how can it help you feel better? It’s a concept linked mainly to the arts these days, but it occurs in many different scenarios – cooking from scratch, coming up with a new idea to solve a problem at work, decorating your home, putting an outfit together, or designing your garden flower beds. These activities all involve a degree of creativity. It’s about using your imagination, making connections and bringing something new into existence.
Creating geometric wood wall art can be a fun and creative project. Just like full-size wood home décor made out of reclaimed wood planks, this one has a similar pattern, but it is much smaller, easier to make, more affordable and suitable for small spaces. Google Lens brings up information relevant to your original images, identified by visual analysis. Google explains it as ‘a set of vision-based computing capabilities that can understand what you’re looking at and use that information to copy or translate text, identify plants and animals, explore locales or menus, discover products, find visually similar images, and take other useful actions’. Using google lens allows you to search using an image and gathers similar images and content from the internet.

Rest is a mandatory requirement in this line of work. Although, to be honest, I sometimes think we need to re-think the idea of pausing for one month and working under a lot of pressure for the rest of the year. I write about this a lot. Let’s roll out a four-day working week instead and learn to work effectively and softly so that the stress doesn’t build up in the first place. What if it’s possible?
Fearing positive emotions is a fairly common symptom for people struggling with their mental health. But why would you fear feeling good?
Turmeric latte, also known as “golden milk”, is a popular drink that originates in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine. It is made by combining milk (dairy or non-dairy) with turmeric (curcuma) and other spices.
Creating a miniature moss garden is a great way to connect with nature and find peace, especially if you don’t have an actual garden or an outdoor space nearby where you can spend some time relaxing. Remember that moss enjoys a humid environment. You can maintain it by placing a clear glass or lid over the container to create a mini greenhouse effect. Alternatively, you can mist the moss garden …
