Hello. Welcome, and thank you for considering my support. I am a qualified integrated counsellor and coach experienced in supporting people with:
relationship difficulties, self-esteem, low mood,
anxiety, depression, bereavement,
eco-anxiety, workplace and activist burnout,

Liberation work means that I bring in a wide range of psychological approaches centred around your safety, choices and empowerment. Your agency is my priority.
I am an experienced liberation practitioner offering online and Virtual Reality (VR) counselling and coaching for various life challenges. I deliver a course on liberation psychologies for Iron Mill College of Counselling in Exeter. Clients receive access to free digital wellbeing self-assessment, free online resources, and affordable training on my website.
Some clients approach me with clarity - they know exactly what they need. If that's the case, this initial meeting helps me get the sense of you and assess your needs better.
However, sometimes it can be difficult to know what type of help is suitable. That's perfectly fine. I can help you identify your goals and ways I can support you in a cost-effective effective, sustainable manner.
A mutual agreement
Regardless of whether you are an individual or an organisation before I start to work with you, I would like both of us to have clarity on the delivery process. At this stage, we agree on ways of working together to help you reach your goals. We define the budgets, timings, expected results and rules of our collaboration.
You need to know what you are paying for. I need to know what is expected of me. We both need to know what is the best way of working together.
Support delivery
If it's individual counselling and coaching, we work together at this stage.
Some clients prefer short, one-off support or a pre-defined series of sessions. Other clients, especially larger organisations, prefer regular support in the form of a monthly retainer. In both cases, at this stage, I deliver my support.
If it's consultancy work it is possible that I might go away and come back to you with final results, as per our prior agreement. For retainer work, I also send you regular updates on my work.
Review & recommendations
The final summary and recommendations are critical. I like to know that my clients understand the results of my work. Sometimes I might need to explain reporting terminology or meaning or stats in my reports. Sometimes you might ask for additional tips and recommendations.
In any case, it's important that at the end of our work you have a sense of clarity. It's also important for you to know how to nurture the impact of my work and continue applying the newly acquired knowledge for more sustainable, long-term results.
