In this post, we are going to share with you some of our favourite visualisation of the brain structure. I use them in conversations with my clients (so-called psycho-education). It can be so normalising and empowering to know what is actually happening in our brain when we react to stress, feel attracted to habitual behaviours or try to adjust our habits a little bit.
