So I have a suggestion: why not digital detox in micro-moments of gentle, soft awareness instead?

Every time you sit down to work, take a moment to land and stretch before opening your apps.

Every time you pick up your mobile phone to play a game, look around to see if your child or pet seeks a moment of eye contact to connect.

Every time you wrap up work, sum up the day and list three things you are grateful for.

Find small pockets of time to restore in between the grounded and online reality.

Stare out of the window or look at the postcard above your computer.

Count to three.

Cuddle your pet.

Build rituals.
