Post-Traumatic Growth is the growth achieved after a trauma.
We can measure and notice it if we focus on the positive changes in a few areas:
-Appreciation of life
-Relationships with others
-New possibilities in life
-Personal strength
-Spiritual change
We will look at those and reflect on each next, but for now, it’s worth simply asking ourselves:
Q: Have I ever experienced positive changes after a traumatic experience? Have I made positive changes in my life?
