Our needs – It helps to reflect on our personal and collective needs to inform healing. We need spaces and systems that hold us, nurture us and protect us. We need to feel a strong sense of meaning and belonging. We need to feel relaxed to be our authentic selves, and that also means accepting others for who they indeed are. We need nutrients, Mother Nature, joy, hopefulness and play. We need individual and collective meaning.
