I am currently working with a few clients experimenting with this relatively new tool for my practice so I would like to introduce the idea of virtual reality in a few posts. If you want to learn more about various aspects of VR check out various YouTube channels on the topic, like this one for instance. I will be back with more practical examples of how virtual reality can be applied to various aspects of life, including mental health. Stay tuned!
