How are you doing?
Welcome to our May Newsletter.
How are you doing? Spring arrived late this year, so people in my tribes report feeling tired of the dark and rainy days. We need rest. We need to check in with each other and ourselves. Summer is here, too, with roses finally taking over from spring flowers. I am working outdoors, developing and co-facilitating a therapeutic group, so I can see the seasons shift from one working week to another. And sometimes I do wonder: how do we measure concepts such as seasonal thresholds, energy, time, and space in general…with the liberation psychologies filter on, I often find myself questioning and deconstructing concepts.
That is why in April, when my workload increased, I decided to be radical and pause my marketing – we did not have a newsletter because I needed to prioritise my clients, my tribes and REST. Winter stayed too long, spring is stretching and summer is already here – seasons are shifting and our bodies and nervous systems may feel a little bit out of tune. It is OK to pause, rest and recalibrate.
I am back with the monthly news now, restored a little bit and with more sunshine and spasciousness. There are many new services and products in development at Voxel Hub, but we will announce them slowly – one at a time, as we carefully prepare them for you all. For now, we are pausing events and talks for a bit to focus on direct support for our clients and all those new things to come.
This month, I encourage you to question the autopilot and how we get things done. It is perfectly OK to prioritise your wellbeing and change the way you work to make more space for rest and time for thinking, planning, and creating.
Go softly, and have a good, restful month!
