A crucial element of identity and inclusivity counselling is creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their experience and practice of power and identity expressions. We explore collaboratively the individual and collective factors of your mental health and wellbeing.

In today's diverse society, feeling included and understood is crucial for mental well-being. Our inclusion-focused therapy helps you:

  • Develop strategies to cope with or move away from practising acts of discrimination and microaggressions.
  • Build resilience, self-confidence and understanding of your identity’s empowered and disempowered aspects.

Our Support Journey

Our counselling programs typically follow several key stages:
  1. We begin with an introduction and relationship-building stage (initial consultation, assessment, and getting to know each other).
  2. Collectively, we identify the challenges you wish to address, your intentions, the appropriate therapeutic approach, and a plan for the journey together. We then put in place regular (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) sessions to explore your situation and support it through counselling conversations based on your preferences.
  3. We conclude by preparing for the work to end, reviewing our work, and sharing final recommendations for further support (if needed).
